With a wealth of experience spanning over 17 years in the educational sector, Dr. Jaya has demonstrated remarkable mastery in leading teams, implementing controls, administering programs, and overseeing personnel. Along her path, she has honed her academic prowess, developed her soft skills, mastered the art of professional grooming, and demonstrated an exceptional grasp of financial and operational management.

As the Branch ead of Aakash Educations Services Ltd (AESL), she oversaw the sales and operations of the branch, meeting or exceeding all goals set out for her and guaranteeing that parents and students had an exceptional experience. A tribute to her skill in overcoming difficult obstacles, her strategic approach earned the pan-India #1 position out of 250 branches.

Dr. Jaya conducted a variety of courses, including Cyber Laws and Management Science, to assistant professors at MET Bhujbal Knowledge City in Nashik. During her career, she achieved 100% in every subject she taught, demonstrating her dedication to academic success.

Dr. Jaya has been recognized for her exceptional contributions to the area, which have resulted in her receiving two honorary doctorates: one in women's empowerment from Tonga University and another in human resources from Kalinga University.
