I went to “Ink to Impact” as a guest author and came back with a name I’ll carry for life – Wordsmith. For a boy who started with modest beginnings and a blank page, this honour from the Rotary Club of Coimbatore is a powerful reminder: words can rebuild self-worth, spotlight unsung heroes, and move communities to act.
To everyone writing in silence, doubting your voice – keep going. One honest paragraph can change your destiny.

This milestone moment at the Rotary Club of Coimbatore's landmark literary gathering has deepened my commitment to using words as catalysts for change. Let me take you behind the scenes of "Ink to Impact: An Evening with the Wordsmiths," the first literary event of 2026, and share how it ties into broader visions like the upcoming Coimbatore Literature Festival.
The Vision Behind "Ink to Impact":The Rotary Club of Coimbatore proudly presented "Ink to Impact" as a beacon for young writers, first-time authors, and emerging voices. Held on January 8th at 5:30 PM at the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Coimbatore, this session offered inspiration, direction, and the confidence to embrace writing as both a craft and a calling.
This event marks the exciting beginning of a larger literary vision: a future collaboration between Mark-Fly Publishers, Rotary Club of Coimbatore, and Coimbatore Literary Awards (CLA Global Awards). It's dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a vibrant literary ecosystem in Coimbatore and beyond. The evening featured insights from distinguished writers and creators embodying excellence across fields. We were thrilled to host luminaries whose stories inspire action.

Growing up with modest beginnings, I faced a blank page that mirrored my uncertainties. Yet, words became my anchor—rebuilding self-worth, amplifying unsung heroes, and sparking community action. At "Ink to Impact," surrounded by fellow creators and Rotary leaders, I shared how Twell Magazine spotlights excellence, SIWAA celebrates South Indian women achievers in entrepreneurship, education, medical services, art, culture, beauty, and wellness, and initiatives like Global Pink Army champion human rights. This event reinforced my belief: Writing isn't solitary. It's a collective force. To emerging writers—your voice matters. Keep crafting those honest paragraphs; they hold the power to reshape destinies.
The Road to Coimbatore Literature Festival : "Ink to Impact" is more than a one-night event; it's the launchpad for the Coimbatore Literature Festival. This collaboration promises workshops, awards, and global dialogues, empowering the next generation of wordsmiths. If you're in Coimbatore or passionate about literature, stay tuned.
